ADK promotes a productive and healthy workplace. Wednesdays are designated “No Overtime Day”, with no overtime after 18:30, while staff are encouraged to take paid leave through the establishment of “leave-encouraged days”. ADK has also implemented a work- from-home initiative for staff who are looking after small children or caring for family members.
