Notification of Changes in Members of the Board, Operating Officers and Advisors

We are glad to announce that on January 11, 2011, the Board of Directors of ASATSU-DK INC. (ADK) has resolved the candidates of new members of the Board of Directors as in Section A below. We will seek for an approval of the appointments from the shareholders at the 56th Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on March 30, 2011, and their titles and assignments will be resolved at the subsequent meeting of the Board of Directors.
The Board has also resolved the changes in executive directors, auditors, operating officers and advisors as outlined in Section B below.
