ASATSU-DK INC. (ADK; head office: Chuo Ward, Tokyo, Japan; Yoji Shimizu, President Group CEO) would like to announce relocation of the head office as follows:
１．Address of the new office
1-chome, Toranomon, Minato-ku, Tokyo
A building that is currently under construction, to be completed in summer 2014, as part of Loop Road (Kanjo) No.2 Project.

Summer 2014 (TBD)
３．Reasons to move
Aim to enhance business efficiency.
４．Potential impact on business performance
It is projected that the impact on the consolidated results of the year ending December 31, 2012 will be small.
５．Others
The article of incorporation stipulates the address of the headquarters “Chuo-ku, Tokyo”,thereby an agenda item of “partial change to the Article of Incorporation” will be added to the agenda of the annual shareholders meeting to be held in March 2014.
