DECLARATION ON INFORMATION SECURITY

ADK Holdings Inc. and ADK Group companies (hereinafter referred to as the "ADK Group") recognize that information is one of the most important management resources for a company that conducts business based on information. Such information includes information independently collected and held by the ADK Group, as well as information received or entrusted from clients, business partners, and group companies (hereinafter referred to as "Related Parties"). In order to continue providing high-value-added services that earn the trust and satisfaction of our clients, business partners, and group companies in a stable manner, it is necessary to clarify our policy for ensuring the security of our independently held information and information received or entrusted from Related Parties, particularly our clients.
Based on the above, the ADK Group hereby establishes a policy concerning information security. Furthermore, based on this policy, we will establish various regulations for ensuring information security, ensure that all officers, employees, and other personnel are fully informed of them, and implement appropriate management of all information.

5. Compliance

Officers, employees, and other personnel of the ADK Group shall be responsible for the implementation of this policy and shall respect and comply with relevant laws and regulations, this policy, and internal regulations.

6. Continuous Improvement

The ADK Group will periodically review this policy and internal regulations and make improvements as necessary to respond to the requests of Related Parties and society.
