ANTI-SOCIAL FORCES POLICY
ADK Holdings Inc. and its group companies (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “ADK Group”) have established the following policy against Anti-Social Forces for the purpose of contributing to the propriety of the ADK Group’s business activities and the sound development of capital markets and will strive to ensure the appropriateness and integrity of our operations.
- We will address Anti-Social Forces as an entire organization and ensure the safety of our officers and employees who deal with such entities.
- We will establish close cooperation with external specialized agencies, such as the police and legal counsel, on a regular basis and respond appropriately to Anti-Social Forces.
- We will sever all relationships with Anti-Social Forces.
- We will refuse any unreasonable demands from Anti-Social Forces and take legal action.
- We will not engage in any funding, provision of benefits, or any other transactions with Anti-Social Forces.
