The ADK Group has introduced its “Terms of Service for Online Advertising”, applicable from May 1, 2019.
These Terms are broadly modeled on sample terms prepared by the Japan Advertising Agencies Association (JAAA), and also incorporate the ADK Group’s own particular business practices with its clients. As well as helping to further raise the quality of our services, it is hoped that the cohesive framework that the Terms provide will reduce the work involved in the placing of orders, including for our advertising clients. This we believe can contribute to the Japanese government’s “work-style” reform measures, which are to be implemented in stages from April 2019.
