NOTICE REGARDING MERCHANDIZING AND PROMOTION BUSINESS OF
"SESAME STREET" IN JAPAN
ADK announces an agreement with Sesame Workshop (head
office: New York) to enable ADK, We've Inc, a planning and production
company of TV animations (JASDAQ #2360), and other companies to jointly
acquire a master license for the merchandizing and promotion business of
"Sesame Street" in Japan.
ADK will develop marketing plans and render coordination services for advertisement and sales promotion with respect to Sesame Street characters. We've will be in charge of the administration and merchandizing with respect to the trade mark right of Sesame Street and the copyrights of its characters.
Furthermore, the definite business plan and the effect on the performance, now being prepared and estimated at present, will be disclosed as soon as established.
